1. What is the sample policy and sample lead time?
Usually we can offer the free sample ,but quantity is 1 piece ,and you only pay for shipping cost ,if you need more sample you
should pay the sample charge ,but the charge will be refunded as we get your order.
2. Can I have a discount?
Yes, for large orders and regular customers, we give reasonable discounts.
3. Do you provide customized services?
Yes, we provide stock products, and also provide customized services such as logos, colors and packaging. Just send the design and logo you like.
4. When is the delivery time?
* Sample order: items in stock will be shipped within 3-5 days
* Large orders: 15-35 days, depending on quantity and design
